Are you interested in getting involved with supporting professional development for local young people? CIC’s Cambridge Youth Outreach Group offers opportunities to mentor, volunteer, and support for community youth groups and afterschool programs. We know that entrepreneurs are busy, so we offer many levels of commitment – as simple as a one-hour Minute Mentor session or as involved as sponsoring a local youth through Big Brothers, Big Sisters.
Examples of our volunteer opportunities include serving on a career panel for high school students, facilitating an elementary school field trip, and professional coaching for student entrepreneurs.
For more information or to sign up for our emails, please contact email@example.com.
We believe it’s important to offer opportunities for young people to participate in entrepreneurship and the local innovation ecosystem. For this reason, the Cambridge Youth Outreach Group facilitates multiple rounds of high school internships in the winter and the summer.
To make it easier for companies to hire interns, CIC waives per-person fees for high school interns that come through our program.
If you are interested in hosting a high school intern or would like more information, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
