Yoga class after work in Boston!
Modern technology offers countless benefits: it’s an ever-growing source of information and inspiration; it keeps us easily connected to our communities. But the fact remains that many of us spend hours sitting in front of our computer and hunched over our mobile phones and tablets. The repetitive movement patterns these digital devices demand can cause strain on the entire body. Learning to move in ways that realign our posture helps release that tension and promotes more functional movement patterns.
Hatha flow sequence:
- short meditation
- breathing techniques that align with our yoga flow
- sun salutations and variations
- detoxifying spinal twists releasing tension
- restorative savasana
Your first class is free. We look forward to having you!
Special note: Shakti provides a few extra yoga mats for each class, but there typically aren’t enough for every student. If you have your own, please bring it!
