Are Non-competes REALLY Enforceable?

Attorney and law professor John R. Bauer will discuss and answer your questions about when, how and how frequently courts in Massachusetts and elsewhere enforce employee non-competition agreements.   John is a Harvard Law School graduate and Boston attorney who regularly litigates cases involving employee non-competition agreements and frequently writes and lectures on the subjects of employee noncompetes and trade secrets.  He is also an Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University Law School, where he teaches a course on trade secrets and employee noncompetes and he is actively involved in state legislative efforts to reform Massachusetts noncompete law.
