At CIC, we believe that one-to-one conversations can spark real change. Along the way, we’ve developed communities to help facilitate these interactions, but we’re not done yet. What better way to spark a conversation than over a cup of (really great) coffee?

RenderCoffeeat121Render Coffee at 121, a new 51-seat café located on the first floor of 50 Milk Street, is slated to open in early April 2016. In addition to the 90 thousand square feet CIC currently occupies in the building, this exciting café will be yet another place for CIC members, Bostonians, and the innovation community at large to generate meaningful conversations, hold events, or simply grab the best cup of coffee in Downtown Boston. Tandem Coffee Roasters and Gracenote Coffee Roasters coffee will be served in addition to a variety of international blends and pastries. Operating hours will be Monday through Friday, 7am-7pm.

Coffee won’t be the only attraction of Render Coffee at 121. This CIC venture will also serve as CIC Boston’s front door, providing a unique concierge experience for guests visiting our 250+ client companies. An adjoining event space will also be an exciting opportunity for clients and guests alike. The space, managed by CIC, seats 90 people and can be combined with the café for various events including networking receptions, food and coffee classes, startup programs, or civic gatherings.

Render Coffee at 121 will be Render’s second location. Located at 563 Columbus Ave, the popular South End café has a dedicated following, and the same level of service and attention is guaranteed to be brought to 121 Devonshire St.

As CIC Boston continues to grow another 38 thousand square feet by the end of the year, Render Coffee at 121 will serve as a constant meeting place for clients throughout our floors and will further connect us with the Boston community.
